Application Requirements

Any potential tenant over the age of 18 must complete a Rental Screening Application.

A processing fee is not required along with the application.

Tenants must be income qualified at or below 30% of the median income (King County) to reside in this building.

An income verification process is required for all applicants.

Rental Requirements

A rental deposit is required on all units. The deposit amounts range and are based on your income.

Signing a 1 year lease is required for the leasing of any unit. All persons over the age of 18 that are to reside in the unit must sign the lease.

The first month's rent and the rental deposit are required upon move in of unit.
